Like an organized tornado...

Born and raised in Highland Park, IL, my parents should have known I'd end up pursuing the glamorous life.  As an infant, they took me to the theater to see E.T.  At that moment, unbeknownst to him, Steven Spielberg planted a seedling in my heart.  My parents recognized the spark that ignited from my first movie-going adventure, threw me an E.T. birthday party, and of course bought me an E.T. doll.  ??? years later, that same E.T. doll sits in my childhood home in a plastic bag.  It's vinyl skin flakes off, but my mom doesn't have the heart to throw it away...

With my heart and mind set on a life as an actress, I set forth on my journey.  I acted, sang and danced my way through school, but never at the expense of my studies.  I had my mind made up at a young age that I would attend Northwestern University and major in theatre.  I did.  After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern, I had my mind made up that I would live in New York City and work as an actress.  I did.  I credit New York City, and specifically, director/teacher extraordinaire Wynn Handman, for allowing me to develop as an artist and human being.

After years of working on stage in and out of town, I created a vehicle of my own in an effort to begin my transition from the stage to the screen.  My web series, Missed Connections Live, granted me entrance into the WGAe and put me on the map as an actress and Award Winning creator.

Cut to:

Present Day.  Hollywood.

After years of pounding the pavement in New York, I decided to take a huge risk, leave it all behind, and move to LA.  The seedling initially planted in my heart came from the movies, after all...

It is here where I have made up my mind to make a living as an actress on the Silver Screen.  If the past is any indication of my future, I'd say the odds are in my favor.  I look forward to continuing my journey as an actress & creator, and thank every individual who has contributed and will contribute to my path.
